Returns
We accept returns only for items that are damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- The damage must have occurred during shipping/transit
- You must have an unboxing video as proof of the damage — returns will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
How to Request a Return: Contact us at adminputhumartstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Items that do not meet the above conditions (no unboxing video, damage not caused during transit, or request made after 7 days) will not be eligible for a return or refund.
